Earthday 2009, Saturday April 18th - Gluek Park (1926 Marshall St)
Planning for the '09 events has already started. BNA will again sponsor an Earth Day 5K Run/Walk, a watershed clean up and the 2nd Annual Green Gala. While this is about all that is set at this time, we do know the first two hours of the schedule.

Planning for the '09 events has already started. BNA will again sponsor an Earth Day 5K Run/Walk, a watershed clean up and the 2nd Annual Green Gala. While this is about all that is set at this time, we do know the first two hours of the schedule.
Green 5K & Watershed Clean Up
- 8:00 Race packet pick up and same day registration. (The first 100 pre-registered participants will receive a Green Bag with other goodies.)
- 9:00 Earth Day 5K Run/Walk. (The first female, male, and animal (regardless of sex) finishers will receive an award
- 9:15 Breakfast (5K and Watershed Clean Up participants)
- 10:00 Watershed Clean Up

Earth Day 5K
Join us again for the 3rd Annual Earth Day 5K Run/Walk down historic Marshall St, past the Grainbelt Brewery (now home to RSP Architects), across the Mississippi River (Twice), and back.
Refreshments and light breakfast afterward. Packet and number pickup begins at 8:00 AM and the race starts at 9:00 AM. Event proceeds will be dedicated to continuing improvements to Gluek Park.
First 100 pre-registered participants will receive a Green Bag (www.ecobags.com) with other goodies. The first female, male and animal (regardless of sex) finishers will receive an award.
Even though this is a timed race, families are encouraged to participate. Feel free to bring your pets. There will be plenty of activities for kids of all ages after the run/walk.
